How we use it
Only to calculate charts, generate your readings, keep your saved reports, process payments and support you. Birth details and questions are sent to our astrology calculation and AI providers solely to produce your results.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the App, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any kundli from the Profile tab. To delete your account and data, email admin@malaia.in.
Wellness guide & sensitive data (DPDP Act, 2023)
We process your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, only for the purpose you request (calculating charts and writing readings), on the basis of your consent given when you use a feature.
The Wellness Guide (Swasthya Margdarshak) gives general astrological guidance on energy and routine only. It does not diagnose, prescribe medicine or predict lifespan, and it is not a substitute for a doctor's advice. Please do not enter medical records.
Questions you type are stored to show your history; admins can clear chat history. You may withdraw consent, request a copy, correction or erasure of your data at any time by emailing admin@malaia.in (Grievance Officer, Malaia, 87 Tigra, Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana 122018). We reply within 30 days.
Push notifications are sent only if you turn them on; you can turn them off in your phone or browser settings.
